Starting with a blank page is certainly a humbling task. There are so many directions that the black letters can take you on a white page.
For me, what started out as an ambitious project full of enthusiasm, drive and a vision quickly turned into a humbling experience showing me that running a newsroom full of writers is quite different from writing yourself.
That is one of the reasons why The Reformer has transformed, away from the independent news outlet towards a smaller, but hopefully just as an impactful platform.
A platform for me to share the stories that i am passionate about and driven by, with you, my reader.
I want to dedicate this first story, or rather in memoriam, to everyone I have met and worked with during these past twelve months – to all the great writers, guests on the podcast, our amazing designer Mauro, and everyone else that had a hand in what we tried to achieve here.
While all the content we have created is now lost to the ether, it feels good knowing that the internet hardly ever forgets and that some of the readers of The Reformer may return to this corner of the web to find a new project, filled with the same passion for independent investigative journalism as the previous one.
